DepositA deposit of half your booking total will be taken when booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
Minimum Stay2 nights midweek and 3 nights at the weekend.

Arrival TimesFrom 3 PM please phone prior to your stay to arrange arrival outside these times.
Departure timesPlease vacate prior to 11:00 AM.
Special RequirementsAll rooms are on ground level.
SmokingThrostle Nest Farm is a no smoking.
PetsSorry no pets allowed.
CancellationsFull refund given if cancelled 2 weeks before your arrival.
Breakages and SpillagesA replacement charge may be charged depending on the value of the item. Please clean any stains if made or
contact us so we can remove them, otherwise a charge may be imposed depending on the value of the item.
